Rates are fixed throughout the year, regardless of season, and include all charges: heating, water, electricity, cleaning, linen, VAT (12% rate from 1 March 2026). No hidden costs.

 

No deposit or guarantee is required: we rely on mutual trust and simply ask you to report any damage.

 

Payment is made by invoice, sent a few days before your arrival and payable by bank transfer.

 

• Weekend (2 nights): from Friday from 3:30pm to Sunday until 6pm, the price is 690 euros including tax.

• 3-night stay: arrival from 3:30pm, departure until 6pm, the price is 1000 euros including tax.

• 4-night stay: arrival from 3:30pm, departure until 6pm, the price is 1250 euros including tax.

• Short week (5 nights): from Sunday from 3:30pm to Friday until 6pm, the price is 1350 euros including tax.

• Full week (7 nights): from Friday at 3:30pm to the following Friday until 6pm, the price is 1550 euros including tax.

Cancelation

• If the cancellation is reported more than three days before the arrival date, no fee will be applied.

• In case of cancellation less than three days before arrival or absence on the scheduled day, 100% of the rental price will be due.
